Processing Times

  • Solvasa Beauty: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Solvasa Labs test kits: Orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Options & Timing

  • Standard U.S. shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited options: may be available at checkout (contiguous U.S. only; additional fees apply).

  • Transit times are in business days and exclude weekends and holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Carriers

  • Most packages ship via USPS SurePost or UPS Mail Innovations.

  • Oversize or heavyweight packages may ship via UPS Ground (may add 1–2 business days).

  • Solvasa may adjust shipping methods or carriers as needed.

Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

Address Changes

  • Email customercare@solvasabeauty.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist in coordinating with the carrier.

International Orders

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Each order is limited to one U.S. delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

Solvasa Beauty

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of your order date for a refund of the purchase price.

  • Start a return by emailing customercare@solvasabeauty.com with your order number.

  • Items should be in original condition; gently used skincare is accepted for satisfaction returns (limit one per SKU).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a return causes your order to fall below a discount threshold, the discount will no longer apply and your refund will be adjusted.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the return is received at our warehouse (banks may take additional time to post).

  • Solvasa monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns.

Solvasa Labs Wellness Kits — Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

Solvasa Labs kits are processed by Solvasa LLC; third-party analysis and healthcare services are provided by Navipoint Health. Due to the nature of lab testing products, policy differs from Beauty:

  • Cancellation window: request a refund or cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

  • Full refund eligibility: kit is unused/unopened and samples have not been shipped back.

  • Partial refund (case-by-case): kit opened and samples collected, but not yet shipped.

  • Non-refundable once samples are shipped to the lab.

  • Unopened kits may also be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Complimentary replacement (one-time): if a kit is lost or a sample is rejected, we will provide a replacement.

  • Requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your email.

  • Privacy: Solvasa LLC does not collect or access your personal health data; your data is managed securely by Navipoint Health.
