Welcome to Solvasa! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
• solvasalabs.com (if applicable)
• any related microsites, mobile sites, applications, or online services that link to these Terms
(collectively, the “Sites”), as well as any products, kits, digital tools, content, or services offered through the Sites (together with the Sites, the “Services”).
“Solvasa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Solvasa LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a mailing address at:

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any other policy referenced on the Sites (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree to these Terms or any applicable Policy, please do not use the Services.
If you participate in any Solvasa programs (for example, Solvasa Pros), the terms of those programs apply in addition to these Terms.
1. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Sites and updating the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after revised Terms are posted, you accept and agree to them.
Please review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or, if you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it as required by law.
3. Use of the Sites and Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for:
• browsing and purchasing Solvasa products and Solvasa Labs kits
• accessing your account, orders, or Labs results
• using our educational content
• participating in Solvasa programs
Any other use—such as reproduction, modification, distribution, display, scraping, or data extraction—without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
• use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission; or
• use the Services in a manner that could damage or impair them.
4. Accounts & Security
To access certain Services (such as viewing Labs results or managing orders), you may need to create an account. You agree to:
• provide accurate, current information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• promptly update any changes; and
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
By providing contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from us. Marketing communications are optional and may be managed through your preferences.
5. Copyrights
Unless otherwise noted, all text, images, graphics, designs, logos, video clips, audio clips, educational materials, reports, and content on the Sites are the exclusive property of Solvasa or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may electronically copy or print portions of the Sites solely to:
• place an order
• use the Sites as a shopping or educational resource
• access your own Labs reports
Any other use (including copying, distribution, modification, or reproduction) without our written permission is prohibited.
6. Trademarks
Solvasa, Solvasa Labs, and all related product names, logos, and design marks are trademarks or service marks of Solvasa LLC. They may not be used without our written permission.
All other trademarks referenced on the Sites belong to their respective owners.
7. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Videos, Feedback)
You may submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, suggestions, or other materials (“User Content”). All User Content is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary once submitted.
By submitting User Content, you grant Solvasa a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from such User Content in any medium now known or later developed, without compensation to you.
You represent and warrant that:
• you own or control all rights in your User Content;
• your User Content is accurate and lawful;
• your User Content does not violate any rights of any third party;
• your User Content does not contain harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate material;
• your User Content does not include personal information (yours or others) or promotional content; and
• your User Content complies with these Terms and our Policies.
We may remove or refuse to publish any User Content at any time for any reason.
Solvasa does not endorse User Content or guarantee its accuracy.
8. Submission Guidelines
Images must be related to the applicable product or service, be BMP, PNG, GIF, or JPEG format, be under 5MB, and meet the rights requirements above.
Videos must be related to the product or service and must not include personally identifiable information.
Reviews must focus on the product.
Do not include customer service issues, competitor mentions, or personal information.
Objectionable or inappropriate submissions may be rejected.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Solvasa Labs Kits & Wellness Information
Solvasa Labs may offer DNA or microbiome collection kits, third-party lab testing, and related results or educational content (collectively, the “Labs Services”).
Labs Services are for informational and educational purposes only.
They are not medical advice, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Lab testing and biological data processing are performed by independent third-party laboratory providers (currently including Navipoint Health). Their privacy practices and terms apply to the handling of biological samples and data.
Solvasa does not guarantee any specific outcome or wellness result from the use of Labs Services. Science evolves and interpretations may change over time.
Refunds, remakes, or returns for Labs kits are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Other Policies (Refunds, Shipping & Returns)
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific policy regarding shipping, returns, or refunds, that policy governs.
12. Third-Party Services & Links
The Sites may link to or integrate third-party services (such as payment processors, lab partners, HSA/FSA processors, or scheduling tools). Solvasa does not control or endorse these third parties and is not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by those third parties’ terms.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solvasa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
• your use of the Services;
• your User Content; or
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Some jurisdictions (e.g., New Jersey) may limit or prohibit indemnification; this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Fraud Protection
We screen orders for fraud or unauthorized activity. We may refuse or cancel orders or accounts if fraud is suspected.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
Sections that logically survive termination (Intellectual Property, User Content, Labs Information, Indemnification, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, etc.) will continue to apply.
16. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, LABS SERVICES, REPORTS, CONTENT, AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVASA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF:
• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
• RESULTS OR OUTCOMES
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Product labels or formulas may change. Always refer to the actual product packaging for current information.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVASA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICES AT ISSUE.
Some jurisdictions (including New Jersey) do not allow certain limitations; to that extent, this section does not apply.
18. Notice for California Residents
California Civil Code §1789.3 entitles California users to the following notice:

20. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the incorporated Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Solvasa regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
