Our promise to you: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of your order date for a refund of the purchase price. Solvasa monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
Please contact Solvasa at: customercare@solvasabeauty.com to initiate a return of your order. When returning items on which you received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation or refund will be processed only if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
All requests will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the request.
To receive a refund for an unused kit, you must notify us within seven (7) days of placing your order and confirm that you have not yet shipped your samples back to us.
In the event the sample collection kit has already been used and samples have been collected, only a partial refund may be provided — and only if the kit has NOT already been shipped back to Solvasa Labs at the time of the refund request, and the request is still within the 7-day window from the purchase date.
Once the kit has been used (samples collected) and shipped back, the kit is non-refundable.

- Most packages will arrive via USPS SurePost or Mail Innovations. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 business days for transit. Oversize or heavyweight packages will ship UPS Ground and may add an additional 1-2 business days in transit time. Please see your shipping confirmation for carrier information.
- Transit time is based on the number of business days after the ship date. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or company holidays. Please allow additional time for processing and packing your order.
- Solvasa may alter the shipping methods or carriers as the need arises.
- Each order is limited to one US delivery address.
- To qualify for free standard shipping, you must be a Solvasa VIP Customer or a Solvasa Connector and the order total after applying all discounts and/or promo codes must equal $50 or more, not including tax and shipping.
