• 10 medium apples peeled and cored.
• A little fresh lemon juice in a scant cup of water.
• 4 Medjool dates, finely chopped.
• Cinnamon.
• Two packets of Solvasa Golden Moment Turmeric Elixir.


In a large saucepan, combine apples, water, lemon juice and dates and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer until you have a chunky sauce. While still on the stove, add the 2 packets of Golden Moment and cinnamon to taste and stir well. Eat hot or cold and ENJOY THE GLOW.
